My first bruschetta experience was at a local Italian restaurant while on a date with my (now) husband. We decided to try something new, we chose their bruschetta. These fajitas are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! This is one of the very first recipes that I created, it’s one of my favorites. I love to make these fajitas in the summertime!
