Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
- flour tortillas
- brown sugar
Turn your oven broiler on low. Cut tortillas into triangles and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet.
Melt butter (about a tablespoon per every 2 tortillas) and then brush over tortillas. Then add a light sprinkle of brown sugar and lightly dust with cinnamon. Broil for several minutes… chips are ready when the sugar has melted and caramelized. Enjoy while chips are still warm!
