This Asian inspired Chicken Stir Fry is an easy and healthy dinner that you can put together in 20 minutes. It’s a meal that I always fall back on when trying to use up a mix of fresh veggies. Cilantro Lime Chicken Fajitas

These fajitas are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! This is one of the very first recipes that I created, it’s one of my favorites. I love to make these fajitas in the summertime! This recipe can easily be adapted for the grill or it can be tossed into the crockpot (no marinating time necessary!).
